2. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD or EUR or CZK and are final. The Seller is not a VAT (DPH) payer.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or bank transfer (for full payments).
• If a business or company purchases a product, they may be required to apply a reverse charge mechanism and pay VAT in their country of residence. The Buyer is responsible for any tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

3. No Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed.
• When purchasing a digital product, the creation process and access rights begin immediately, even if partial access is granted. Therefore, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you have any concerns, please contact us before making a purchase.

4. Subscription Services

• The agreed subscription period is final.
• If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must notify us at least 21 days before the next billing period begins by emailing authenticity@terezaskranka.com.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration as the original term:
  • A 3-month subscription will renew for another 3 months.
  • A 6-month subscription will renew for another 6 months.
  • And so on.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

• Purchased products and services may be accessed through platforms such as Google, Telegram, this Website, or other designated platforms.
• The Buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary access and technology to use the purchased products.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Seller is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased products.
• The Buyer acknowledges that the information and guidance provided in digital products and services are for educational purposes only and do not replace professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of the Seller.
• Buyers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content. Resale, sharing, or distribution without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Changes to These Terms

• The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an effective date.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in Czech courts.
